Gabriel Moreno presents Singers, Songwriters, Poets and Open Mic
A night of poetry and live music hosted by our charismatic Poet in Residence, Gabriel Moreno. Gabriel is a published poet and singer songwriter from Gibraltar, fusing Mediterranean rhythms with Indie/folk arpeggios on classical guitar. Based on his literary publications, he explores lyrics of love, loss and desire, transmitted in sheer emotional nakedness. Gabriel now presents his solo acoustic project called βSongs of Love and Decadence.β The night includes an Open Mic section so if youβre a poet or singer-songwriter and interested in performing, please email Gabriel: gabrielangelmoreno@gmail.com
Second Friday of every month. www.gabrielmoreno.co.uk
Join me and my guest DJs on the second Saturday of every month for a night of camp disco fun.
With so many of Londonβs queer dance meccas closing or under threat from high rents and unscrupulous landlords, I thought it was time for our community to come together and create a new space in which to celebrate.
Queer Vegan Disco is a new monthly party for LGBT Londoners and their friends. Our DJs will be playing a mix of pop classics, indie anthems, alternative tunes, dance music and top 40. The emphasis is on tunes that will keep you moving.
Everyone is welcome to this new club night that is set to become a classic in the capital. Queer Vegan Disco is aimed at anyone who loves decent pop music and is not afraid to show it.
Join your host Fat Gay Vegan for an 8pm start until late on the second Saturday of every month.
Entry is priced at Β£5 on the door or Β£3 when you RSVP on the Facebook event.
